We have to follow the following steps:

1. open winword (Word processing program)
2. click on insert menu
3. click on word Art and select any one design
4. click on shadow effect ( note: we have to cancel all the showed effect )
5. click on format menu
6. click on fill shape ( we have to select No fill option )
7. Click on shape outline drop down button
8. Click dashes ( you can choose as your wish )
